I am planning to attend two conferences in Southern California a week apart: the IDALA Language & Learning Conference on Saturday, March 8th, at UCLA, and the CSHA Convergence Conference in Pasadena, March 13-16. I'm not presenting at either conference, just exhibiting.
Note that I didn't have to decide when or how to introduce the IPA. The opportunity to introduce it and its relationship to understanding English spelling arose organically from our syntactic study.
